Luke is an Associate in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Team and has a wide range of litigation experience, from the pre-action stages through to trial and costs negotiations. He has expertise in handling professional negligence recoveries, against accountants, solicitors, valuers and real estate sector professionals. He also handles claims arising out of insurance coverage, particularly professional indemnity policies and third-party rights against insurers.
