Martin is a partner in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group. Dual qualified (England & Wales and Australia), with over 15 years of litigation and dispute resolution experience, he has handled complex commercial disputes to trial and appeal, mediations and regulatory investigations across several common law jurisdictions. Martin’s experience extends to acting for financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, hedge funds, regulators, public sector bodies and commercial entities. His career includes advising clients in relation to complex cross border interconnected recovery actions worth in excess of £100m associated with the winding up of foreign corporate entities, misrepresentation/ negligence claims worth USD650m, together with successfully defending high profile judicial reviews.
