Camilla is a Senior Associate in Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Group, where she specialises in commercial and professional disputes. She handles a broad range of complex, high value, commercial litigation with a focus on both company matters such as unfair prejudice petitions and directors’ duties claims and bringing professional negligence claims against auditors and valuers. She also experienced in contentious insolvency, contractual disputes, regulatory investigations and claims involving civil harassment and commercial fraud and dealing with any associated reputational issues. She also has experience in claims involving breach of data protection legislation and dealing with Subject Access Requests. Her experience includes mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, High Court litigation and taking matters through to the Court of Appeal. Camilla regularly acts for lenders, insolvency practitioners, loan servicers, other financial institutions and commercial entities as well as UHNW and HNW individuals. Her work often has a multi-jurisdictional element and she has experience of dealing with complex off shore group structures. She also has experience in obtaining and defending urgent injunctive relief including freezing orders on behalf of her clients.
