Kate Rigby
Kate is a partner in RK’s Dispute Resolution Group, with particular expertise in the fields of commercial litigation and real estate litigation. Kate advises lenders, investors, financial institutions, loan servicers, LPA Receivers and large commercial and residential landlords and developers on a wide range of real estate and property related disputes. She also has experience dealing with commercial dispute resolution and recoveries litigation, both domestic and cross border, including insurance claims and financial disputes, professional indemnity claims, complex international fraud cases and dealing with debt and asset recovery and enforcement. The majority of Kate’s work involves claims in the English High Court however she also has experience of mediation, appeals, First tier property tribunal proceedings and BVI High Court proceedings. · Rosling King
