Lucy has particular expertise in complex, cross border contractual disputes and commercial fraud cases. Lucy has specialist commercial litigation experience within a range of business sectors (including Private Equity and Investment, Technology, Construction and the Automotive industries) and has secured ground-breaking decisions for her clients before the Courts of England & Wales, influencing and contributing to the development of the law. She has extensive experience of litigating before the High Court (including specialist divisions such as the Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Court), the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. In addition, Lucy is well versed in forms of ADR, including mediation and international arbitration.
