Emma is a member of Russell-Cooke's corporate and commercial team with more than 30 years' experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, solvent and distressed company reorganisations, startup requirements (including shareholder agreements and LLP deeds), joint ventures, share option schemes and investment agreements.
