Matthew is a partner in our corporate team with wide-ranging experience advising private equity sponsors on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and incentive schemes and has acted for several sovereign wealth funds on co-investment matters. He has also represented clients in respect of several take-private transactions. Matt has expertise in providing fund-level advice in connection with continuation fund transactions. He also has extensive knowledge of advising on customary policy terms and the competitive landscape in the transactional risk insurance market, having worked as an underwriter in the W&I market. · Keystone Law
