Lorraine has over 25 years’ experience specialising in family law, handling middle to high-net-worth value cases, including pension claims, complex trust and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. She advises on unmarried property disputes and cohabitation agreements, as well as private children cases often involving relocation, contact arrangements, and parental alienation. Lorraine additionally advises both parties of a separating couple on how to approach their divorce together with the support and legal advice of one lawyer. With her expertise of public sector pensions, in particular police pensions, NHS workers and AFPS, she has gained a breadth of experience advising clients on pension claims.
