Hannah is a consultant solicitor who works in our professional discipline and healthcare regulatory team, specifically advising on cases involving regulatory and disciplinary matters across the healthcare and wider professional sectors. She has acted on behalf of both professional registrants and professional regulators in complex and high-profile disciplinary proceedings before professional tribunals, and in associated litigation, appeals, and judicial review proceedings, and has advised on regulatory investigations. Hannah has also acted for medical, dental and optical professionals, as well as regulators of legal and non-healthcare professionals.
