As a specialist in personal injury litigation with over 20 years’ experience, Cordelia represents insurers and their insureds in a broad range of public and commercial sectors. Cordelia also advises on risk management and safety issues drawing upon her detailed knowledge of the claims process and her experience of accident investigations and analysis. She works with clients who wish to undertake proactive audits, review systems and introduce changes following liability exposure. She is often called upon to deliver safety training across entire businesses from the boardroom down to the shop floor.
