Andrew Stilton

Andrew joined Keystone as a consultant in May 2014 as part of the corporate team specialising in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions, including the establishment of investment funds, public and private fund raising, venture capital and private equity investments, takeovers, mergers, reconstructions, and joint ventures. As a member of the Law Society’s standing committee on company law for 15 years, Andrew led various Law Society working parties involved in responding to DTI and other consultation documents and was actively involved in the consultation process that culminated in the enactment of the Companies Act 2006. He also chaired working parties dealing with share capital issues and SMEs, and this role included regular meetings with the civil servants responsible for piloting the Bill through Parliament and advising on the specific drafting of the Act. · Keystone Law
