Milena is an Energy and International Arbitration partner with over two decades of experience acting in high‑value, cross‑border disputes across the energy, upstream oil and gas, commodities, telecommunications, and infrastructure sectors. She has represented sovereign states, national energy companies, multinational corporates, and major trading houses in arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ICDR, LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA and before the English High Court. She has particular expertise in production sharing agreements and LNG and gas projects, especially in emerging markets, and has acted in many of the most significant Yemen‑related arbitrations of the past 20 years. Milena has extensive experience advising on, leading, and coordinating complex multi‑jurisdictional enforcement actions in Europe, North America, and Asia, including proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal, French Court of Cassation, and the European Court of Justice.
