Helen is a partner with substantial experience in advising trustees, employers and providers on an extensive range of issues, including scheme funding, drafting and updating scheme documents, scheme mergers, section 75 debts and winding-up pension schemes and DC issues. Helen’s work often involves project managing teams at Sackers, and more widely. Helen leads the firm’s PPF and insolvency working group which is the focus for PPF related work within the firm.
