John is a leading practitioner in the field of collective enfranchisement, lease extensions and right to manage claims, having been involved in numerous highly contentious cases. His work also includes possession/forfeiture proceedings, service charge/rent disputes, dilapidations claims, contentious business lease renewals and breach of covenant actions. John is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. He writes regularly for the “UK Landlord” magazine and other publications on a variety of enfranchisement and landlord and tenant issues.
