Caroline is a Principal Associate in the Tax team at Shoosmiths LLP, advising on all aspects of corporate and business taxation including mergers and acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, and EIS and VCT qualifying fundraising. She joined Shoosmiths in October 2018 after seven years in the corporate team of a Reading-based firm where she trained and is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
