Luke is a principal associate commercial litigation solicitor with Shoosmiths’ risk and litigation services department, based in Solent, Hampshire. Luke deals with contractual and tortious disputes - mostly in the automotive, construction, insurance or technology sectors - advising clients such as Volkswagen, Honda, IKEA and GAME, amongst others.
