
Hannah Howard
Hannah is a Senior Associate in the regulatory team and regularly advises companies, directors and individuals on regulatory compliance across a range of sectors including health and safety, food safety, product safety, fire safety, environmental matters and anti-bribery and anti-money laundering legislation. Hannah spent a year of her training contract working within the regulatory team before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2020. She has experience of investigations and prosecutions by various regulatory agencies including the Environment Agency, the Health and Safety Executive and Local Authorities, as well as criminal prosecutions. Hannah also has experience of large-scale Inquiries and Inquests. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Hannah gained 12 years of experience as a serving police officer, including ten years as an accredited detective. Hannah is qualified to a high level in conducting suspect interviews, case management and disclosure.
