Meera is a Senior Associate within the Milton Keynes Real Estate Team at Shoosmiths. Meera advises a diverse range of clients, including property investors, landowners, institutional landlords, developers and corporate occupiers. Meera also supports the corporate team on the real estate aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Meera's recent projects include: assisting on the management on the acquisitions for Revolution Bars Group PLC on its ambitious bar restaurant roll out programmes, and managing aspects of its property portfolio; acting for private commercial development companies on conditional acquisitions, sub-sales and disposals; and acting on behalf of the Tingdene group of companies, a leader in the park home sector, on the purchase, sale, development and management of mobile home parks, holiday parks and inland marinas. · Shoosmiths LLP
