Ian is a part of the Defended Team based in Solent and is a Senior Associate. Ian has experience of dealing with defended Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi Track cases up to trial as well as Application hearings. He also manages a variety of matters involving insolvency, bankruptcy, asset recovery, and enforcement of County Court Judgments. Ian has a wide variety of litigation experience, dealing with a broad range of clients from the building, media, recruitment and financial sectors. His recent work experience includes:- successfully obtaining a County Court Judgment at trial against a large karaoke bar and restaurant who had failed to obtain a copyright music licence.
