Dan is an associate in Shoosmiths' Manchester corporate team and advises on all areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, venture capital, private equity transactions, investments, and general corporate advisory matters. Recent transactional experience includes: acting for a leading UK specialist real estate investment management company on a number of high value disposals of international target companies; acting for both individual sellers and corporate buyers on numerous disposals and acquisitions of SMEs in a wide range of sectors; IPO experience - primarily assisting private limited companies on the conversion to public and ultimate admission to AIM. Primary role includes due diligence, verification and the drafting of articles of association, share dealing code, board committee terms of reference, the admission document and various requisite ancillary documents; and carrying out group reorganisations involving private companies limited by shares (to include numerous share for share exchanges), private companies limited by guarantee and charitable incorporated organisations. · Shoosmiths LLP
