Mandip Riar is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths LLP's Corporate Midlands team in England, advising on all aspects of corporate law including venture capital, infrastructure investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and general corporate advisory mandates.
