Tom is a legal director in the Corporate Restructuring and Advisory team. Tom has previous experience working within a global legal practice as well as working within the legal arm of the one of the ‘Big Four’ professional services firms. Tom acts for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed investors, corporates and directors in relation to all aspects of transactional restructuring, insolvency law and financial restructurings. Tom has worked on a number of high-profile insolvencies locally and nationally in sectors such as retail, manufacturing and automotive, ranging from early options and contingency planning through to administration pre-packaged sales/purchases and trading administrations.
