
Tim White-Robinson
Tim is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate practice group with wide experience of acting for some of the UK’s largest housebuilders in connection with their new housing developments and also advising smaller housebuilders on more bespoke development sites. His key skills are: preparing plot sale contracts, leases, transfers and supporting documents; handling the sale of plots and the acquisition and sale of part-exchange properties; reviewing, amending and advising clients on the contents of section 38, 278 and 104 agreements; His recent project experience includes advising a national developer on the disposal of apartments on a prestigious site in Canary Wharf Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has worked in real estate since 1991.
