Oliver's recent experience includes: acting for a borrower in respect of a £43.5 million portfolio refinance; acting for a corporate occupier on a lease of a new office in central London; assisting on the development of a new state of the art global centre of excellence for sustainable manufacture of glass; acting on the disposal of a 200 unit portfolio for a national housebuilder; acting on the acquisition and finance of a £4.1m multi-let site in the north west; assisting on the acquisition of a 15-acre residential development to create 160 new homes;
