Richard is a senior associate in Shoosmiths’ Commercial Recoveries Services section, managing a small number of staff, and deals with over 1000 non-contentious legal actions for large commercial clients on a weekly basis. He has considerable experience in relation to undefended commercial legal actions as well as all methods of enforcement of Monetary Judgments and Insolvency, and is also experienced in dealing with Return of Goods claims.
