Rachael McCallum

Rachael is a senior associate member of the Real Estate team who specialises in commercial leasing (both landlord and tenant) and has experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, including portfolio and development acquisitions. Rachael joined Shoosmiths in 2019. Her experience includes: drafting and negotiating development agreements, leases and lease variations and associated documentation, including advice on contract provisions and lease structure (both landlord and tenant); drafting and negotiating agricultural tenancies and grazing lets; and assisting in the acquisition of a large portfolio of both residential and commercial properties by a small investor, including new lettings, purchases and portfolio management. · Shoosmiths
