She has experience with both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, acting for developers, contractors and subcontractors across multiple jurisdictions on high value transactions dealing with large volumes of documents. On the non-contentious front, Nina is highly competent at drafting and reviewing building contracts (under English and Scottish law), appointments, warranties and bonds for projects ranging from large developments to small works. Nina also has experience advising on the risks of the assignment/assignation with cross jurisdictional considerations. Nina is also experienced in contentious construction matters such as mediation, litigation, adjudication and arbitration (on an international basis) for claims of a minor value to multi-million dollar disputes.
