Mandip Riar is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths' Corporate Midlands team in Scotland, advising on venture capital, infrastructure investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and general corporate advisory mandates. She trained and worked at Harrison Clark Rickerbys before joining Shoosmiths in December 2021; she read law at the University of Birmingham and completed her LPC at the University of Law.
