Over the past 14 years, she has specialised in cases involving tetraplegia, paraplegia, brain injury and amputations. Lucy represents claimants only, most of whom have claims worth several million pounds. Lucy predominately specialises in cases involving brain injury, spinal cord injury (resulting in tetraplegia or paraplegia), and amputations. Lucy acts on behalf of claimants who have sustained serious injury as a result of road traffic accidents, and accidents at work and in public spaces. Lucy recently achieved a settlement of £4.5m for a claimant who had an accident at work involving at 10-metre fall resulting in a spinal cord injury and below the knee amputation.
