Luke is the Head of Contentious Trusts and Probate and Head of the Charity Legacy Team and is a full member of ACTAPS. Luke has 20 years’ experience of dispute resolution, with extensive experience of working with and advising Charities as well as Trustees, Executors and private individuals in relation to contentious probate, trusts and legacy related disputes both domestic and international including: Cross-border disputes relating to estates and trusts (including charitable trusts) including recent cases involving the following jurisdictions: in Kenya, Zambia, Singapore, Cyprus, Greece, Netherlands, Isle of Man, Scotland, Italy, Germany, France, California, New Zealand and Spain. Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Challenges to the validity of wills on the grounds of testamentary capacity, lack of knowledge and approval, undue influence and fraud.
