He is recognised for expertise in occupational tenancy possession actions, possession claims against trespassers, lease forfeiture and anti-social behaviour injunctions, and has worked with lenders, fixed charge receivers, registered providers of social housing, letting agencies and large student/key worker accommodation providers; he also helped develop the firm’s Freehome™ case management system with a PCOL interface.
