Richard Naish is a partner at Walker Morris LLP who heads the firm’s Food & Drink Group and is one of five partners in the Corporate Group. He joined from City firm Ashurst and is recognised for his public company expertise—ranging from corporate governance and FSA/AIM rule compliance to IPOs, fundraisings and M&A—and has prior experience at the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority; he is a member of the London Stock Exchange’s Regional Advisory Group for Yorkshire and the North East.
