Chris is a Partner in the Real Estate department at Walker Morris LLP, specialising in regeneration and affordable housing and advising public sector contracting authorities, registered providers, bidders, consortia, developers and contractors on real estate aspects of such projects. He is experienced in complex phased developments, acquisitions and disposals, stock transfers, profit-share arrangements, contractual joint ventures and conveyancing and title issues, and regularly leads title review and real estate work on PFI/PPP projects across sectors including waste, leisure and housing; he also manages the firm's relationship with the Homes and Communities Agency.
