Partner in the Commercial Property department at Birketts' Ipswich office, joined the firm in January 2012 and experienced in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property finance and corporate support. He has particular expertise advising pension funds (notably SIPP and SSAS providers) and was previously Director of Property at a leading SIPP provider, where he led a 30‑person department handling over 300 property acquisitions each year and managing a book in excess of 2,500 properties; he qualified as a solicitor in September 2001 after training and four years in private practice.
