Partner at Birketts LLP who joined the firm in 2006 and heads the Corporate and Commercial team in Norwich. He advises on corporate structures and company matters including public and private take-overs, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and buy-outs, has acted on IPOs and other securities issues for fully listed and AIM companies, and handles venture capital and business angel finance transactions; prior to Birketts he spent a combined 17 years at two international law firms and until recently served as a non-executive director and trustee of Bernard Matthews entities.
