Partner - Motor Management at Weightmans LLP; joined the firm in September 1994 and became a partner in 1999. He is Lead Partner for Motor Claims, develops claims-focused tools with the Product and Innovation team, handles cost recoveries (including applications to lift QOCS under CPR44.15, fundamental dishonesty, wasted costs and non-party costs orders) and delivers client training; he is nominated by insurers and corporates and his team’s enforcement work has produced recoveries exceeding £1m per year.
