Neil Bhan is a partner in Weightmans' EPI pensions team based in the London office with more than 25 years' experience advising public- and private-sector clients on a wide range of pension matters. He has particular expertise on the NHS Pension Scheme, the Local Government Pension Scheme (including LGPS pooling arrangements), charities' pension issues, outsourcing and TUPE, auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice, de-risking and scheme wind-ups, complex pension disputes (including Pensions Ombudsman claims), and the pension aspects of corporate transactions; he is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a founding member of its public sector pensions sub-committee.
