With a background in defendant litigation including personal injury, human rights and data protection, Saul specialises in high value and complex sports claims with a focus on catastrophic injuries arising out of motorsport incidents; neurological damage from concussive injury; player-on-player assaults and injuries suffered during competitive games; horse-riding accidents and disciplinary & regulatory disputes. Saul acts for national and domestic governing bodies, schools and colleges, professional and amateur sports clubs, and private companies in a wide range of sports including football, rugby, numerous motorsport disciplines, horse riding, athletics and mountain biking.
