Josh Conroy
Josh is a commercial litigation partner who specialises in heavy, high value and complex litigation in the Business & Property Courts. He deals primarily with unfair prejudice petitions, share sale disputes, restrictive covenant and restraint of trade cases, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and other complex contractual claims arising out of commercial disputes. Josh has particular experience and expertise in defending judicial review claims and bringing injunctive proceedings, as well as a busy practice in defending claims brought under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, where he acts for a number of local authorities, trusts, blue light services, universities and other public bodies.
