Victoria Duddles
Victoria is a Legal Director who is both a solicitor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including redundancy and reorganisations, TUPE, changing terms and conditions, discrimination, disciplinary matters, and contractual issues. Victoria deals with clients from a range of sectors covering, amongst others, manufacturing, education, engineering, local authorities with much of her work advising police forces on employment law matters. Victoria regularly creates and presents employment training courses on a wide variety of employment law topics for clients and has presented on various employment law topics for the Birmingham Branch of CIPD as well as carrying out other public speaking activities. In addition, Victoria is experienced in carrying out investigations for clients on grievance and harassment complaints.
