Rachael Fawcett

Rachael is a Partner based in our Liverpool office. Rachael deals with a wide variety of public liability and employers' liability claims on behalf of local authorities, schools/universities and academies, housing associations and other public sector organisations across the country. Rachael has particular expertise in defending claims made against housing providers including personal injury claims brought under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Defective Premises Act 1972 and the Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957. Rachael also works closely with the firm's property litigation department handling claims, providing advice and training on housing condition claims where there is a personal injury element. Rachael regularly provides training to insurers, housing providers and local authorities on housing claims. Rachael also deals with data protection claims made against public sector organisations.
