Felicity Flint
Felicity is a Principal Associate and Team Manager based in the Birmingham Healthcare Team. Since 2009 she has handled employers’ and public liability cases for NHS Resolution and various NHS trusts throughout the country. She handles fast and multi track personal injury cases and has a specialist interest in fraud, third party assaults and bullying and occupational stress claims. She has dealt with a number of Covid-19 cases for NHS Resolution, as well as claims for damages brought under the Equality Act, the Data Protection Act and for defamation. She is the assistant Fraud Lead for Healthcare and is also the Team Manager of the Healthcare National Team, a team of twenty EL/PL lawyers and assisting paralegals. · Weightmans LLP
