Patricia Grinyer

Patricia heads the firm's finance team and advises on all aspects of financial services. She provides advice to banks and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated facilities. She has particular expertise in public sector finance. Key clients include Santander, Lloyds Bank Plc, Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II and the Midlands Engine II. As one of the few solicitors nationally who acts on the establishment of Public Sector Funding schemes, establishment of legacy funds and utilising public and private sector money to create funding platforms for SMEs, this year Patricia has successfully won pitches to act for various fund managers in connection with their bids to be appointed to the £200million South West Investment Fund and the Investment Fund for Scotland.
