Peter qualified in 2003 and joined Weightmans in March 2013 as part of the Semple Fraser merger. Peter's background is in real estate litigation, including 1954 Act business lease renewals and terminations, termination and renewal of telecoms agreements, dilapidations claims, tenant insolvency and enforcement of guarantees, applications to assign or sub-let, boundaries, right of way and right to light disputes, restrictive covenants, option agreements and conditional contracts, claims for overage, rent reviews, lease forfeiture, adverse possession, rectifying conveyancing errors and general property management. Peter advises a wide variety of occupiers, developers and investors. He believes in the merits of ADR and has conducted a number of successful mediations.
