Sarah Hopwood

Sarah is a Partner and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with over 18 years’ experience in dealing with healthcare matters, which include advising on and defending clinical negligence cases, as well as catastrophic and sensitive personal injury cases, for NHS Resolution and other private insurers. Sarah is the Team Manager for the Birmingham and Cardiff Healthcare teams. Sarah handles a wide variety of clinical claims, ranging from injuries of maximum severity right through to those which are more relatively straightforward. She also has a particular interest in group litigation, being involved in a group action of over 138 claimants for maxillofacial injuries.
