Ciara Jenkins

Ciara is an Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Team. Ciara advises employers on the full spectrum of employment law across a number of sectors, with significant experience in the retail sector in particular. Ciara’s non-contentious experience includes drafting employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements and employment policies and procedures. She advises clients on general day-to-day employment issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing sickness absence and managed exits as well as HR projects such as redundancies and restructures. Ciara’s practice also includes the provision of employment support in commercial and corporate matters, often involving the application of TUPE. On the contentious side, Ciara acts for employer clients defending Employment Tribunal claims and she has dealt with claims involving unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, redundancy, whistleblowing and complex discrimination.
