Rachael Keightley

Rachael is team manager of one of our Liverpool disease teams, dealing exclusively with disease claims including asbestos-related diseases, noise induced hearing loss, HAVS and upper limb disorders. She has been with Weightmans since qualifying in 2013 and has acted for a diverse range of clients including multi-national self insureds, local authorities and the disease legacy market. Rachael has successfully defended claims on grounds of limitation, breach and causation and has been involved in defending a tranche of disease claims against a large insured which has required a detailed understanding not only of the litigation process but also of resolving complex corporate and insurance histories. · Weightmans LLP
