Partner in Weightmans LLP’s national Regulatory Department, having led the department from 2004–2018 and served as the firm’s Senior Partner from 2018–2024. He is experienced defending organisations and individuals in regulatory investigations and prosecutions (including corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter) and is a long‑standing inquest practitioner and Assistant Coroner.
