Belinda qualified as a solicitor in 1998 following a career in senior management in the public sector. She acts for police forces and public authorities in defence of civil claims in particular misfeasance cases. Belinda has developed a specialism in applications arising out of legislation aimed at targeting anti social behaviour. This includes applications for ASBOs, crack house closures, football banning orders, sexual offences prevention orders and cash seizures and forfeiture.
