Mark heads the pensions team at Weightmans. He acts for private and public sector clients on a wide range of pension law matters including risk transfer projects, scheme amendment and termination projects, the resolution of pensions disputes and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. Mark also specialises in group life insurance schemes. Mark has been described by the Legal 500 directory as "having a wealth of pensions experience" gained from over 30 years of pensions practice. He has practical experience of scheme management and trusteeship.
